3rd Roadshow of established INNOVAMARE innovation ecosystem in blue technologies and development of new project concepts in blue economy!

It is our pleasure to invite you to join us at the third Roadshow in Rijeka (Croatia) which will be held from October 24 to 26, 2022, as part of the strategic project InnovaMare (www.innovamare.org).

The InnovaMare project, which is implemented within the Interreg program Italy-Croatia, aims to develop and establish an innovation ecosystem in the field of underwater robotics and sensors for pollution control and monitoring in the Adriatic Sea. One of the main challenges of the InnovaMare project is to increase the efficiency of innovation activities in relevant areas of the blue economy.

The Croatian Chamber of Economy and the University of Rijeka, Department of Biotechnology, are the organizers of this event, the third in a row. A roadshow is an event within the project activities where we will present the achieved results of this project, the established innovation ecosystem as a point that unites all stakeholders and opens space for further development of cross-border cooperation in the area of blue growth.

Workshops and presentations on marine technologies and their applications will be delivered by the scientific research sector during these three active days. They are intended for the private and public sectors, with the presentation of future trends and forecasts as well as the joint development of new project concepts and the establishment of partner consortia for future calls.

On the second day, October 25, we are organizing a “Blue Future“ movie pojection and networking night in cooperation with WWF Adria. We invite you to join us on this Blue Future night and contribute to the protection of the Seas.

On the third day, October 26, we will have a Bluetech demo day organized with the Faculty of Marine Studies, Center for Marine Technologies in Torpedo, Rijeka. There will be a presentation and demonstration of project results, robots, buoys, and other marine technologies.
