ADRIA TECH Technology Park Grand Opening Published on: Apr 10 2026 Thursday, 13 May 2026 Šibenik, Južna magistrala 15, Croatia The ADRIA TECH Technology Park is opening its doors as the first specialized regional center dedicated to the development, testing, and commercialization of advanced marine and water technologies. Developed as a joint initiative of DIH Innovamare, the Šibenik-Knin County, and the Croatian Chamber of Economy, ADRIA TECH aims to create a strong innovation hub focused on advanced technologies in marine and water systems. Recognized by the European Commission and the European Investment Bank as a Blue Champion, DIH Innovamare brings together research institutions, industry, startups, and the public sector to develop solutions in robotics, artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, IoT technologies, and digital tools for marine and water environment protection. As part of the EIT Water project, the largest research and innovation initiative in Croatia, Innovamare further strengthens its role as a central hub for sustainable blue economy development in the Adriatic-Ionian region. About ADRIA TECH The technology park spans over 1,100 m² and includes: 6 office spaces 4 specialized workshops (up to 100 m² each) A pilot center for operating surface and underwater drones It also provides access to dedicated marine test zones, enabling real-world testing of technologies in natural sea, river, and lake environments. ADRIA TECH focuses on the development and testing of advanced technologies, including autonomous systems, monitoring solutions, water resource management, sustainable marine innovations, and smart maritime systems.
