Explore the LEAP TO BLUE service list and discover the consulting and training opportunities available for SMEs in the blue economy sector. Review the services and identify those that best fit your business needs before creating your company profile and selecting your areas of interest. These services will later be selected as part of your company profile and used to identify potential cross-border partners.

STEP 2Create Your Company Profile and Select Services

Register on the LTB platform, through which the entire voucher application process will be carried out. Create your company profile by providing basic company information, including company size, sector, and location. Based on the information submitted, the platform will immediately indicate whether your company meets the basic eligibility requirements for a future voucher application.

As part of the same process, select the services you are interested in using through a future LEAP TO BLUE voucher. These selections will be used to identify potential cooperation opportunities with other SME.

STEP 3Discover Potential Cross-Border Partners and Build Your Partnership

Based on your service selections, you will be able to review potential matches and connect with SMEs from the other participating country. The goal is to establish a cross-border partnership between one Croatian SME and one Italian SME interested in applying for the same LEAP TO BLUE service category. The partnership formation process is very simple and fully digital, and you can access it after registration.

STEP 4Prepare for the Voucher Call

Once the LEAP TO BLUE Voucher Call is officially published, partnerships established through the platform can prepare and submit their voucher applications in accordance with the call requirements and eligibility conditions.
