Invitation to Brainstorming Session on Biodiversity Monitoring Published on: Mar 13 2025 Ruder Boskovic Institute, a partner in the DIH InnovaMare project, is pleased to invite you to a series of brainstorming sessions dedicated to exploring innovative digital marine technologies for blue growth and building innovative capacities. These sessions are organized within the framework of the DIH InovaMare project, funded by the Interreg Italy- Croatia 2021 – 2027 Program. SESSION DETAILS This is the fourth session in a series of brainstorming events designed to address the theme of biodiversity monitoring as an important part of blu growth. This session will take place online on Tuesday, March 25th, from 11:30 to 13:30. We are delighted to welcome the following speakers: Prof. dr. sc. Zrinka Ljubešić (Department of Biology, Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb) Doc. dr. sc. Melita Mokos (Department of Ecology, Agronomy and Aquaculture, University of Zadar) Dr. sc. Neven Cukrov (Divison for Marine and Environmental Research, Ruder Boskovic Institute, Zagreb) They will introduce the topic of biodiversity and its importance in the context of blue growth, address current problems, and talk about methods and ways of biodiversity monitoring.
