We’re looking for an Innovation services and ecosystem manager responsible for:

• design, implementation, and scaling of innovation and business support services, including business intelligence, strategic insights, talent matching, advisory services, and ESG / blue economy events,
• ecosystem building and stakeholder coordination across industry, academia, public sector, and investors, enabling cross-sector and cross-border collaboration,
• matchmaking, partnership development, and strategic collaboration facilitation, including business representation and partnership support,
• support technology transfer and commercialization processes, from science-to-market to adoption and scale,
• contribution to the development and positioning of DIH Innovamare within European innovation networks, service portfolios, and strategic initiatives, translating ecosystem needs into measurable impact.

Requirements:

• minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience,
• background in Economics, Law, Engineering, or Technical / Technology sciences,
• experience in innovation management, consulting, or ecosystem development,
• strong coordination and communication skills,
• independent, structured, accountable, and reliable candidate,
• fluency in English.

About the role

The Innovation services and ecosystem manager will play a central role in designing and scaling high-impact innovation services within DIH Innovamare, supporting companies, public institutions, and research organizations active in the blue economy, marine technologies, and sustainability sectors.

The successful candidate will translate real market and ecosystem needs into scalable services, partnerships, and measurable outcomes, contributing directly to the growth, positioning, and international impact of the organization.
