Blue Economy conference in Croatian Chamber of Economy

The Embassy of Italy in Zagreb in cooperation with the Croatian Chamber of Economy organises and event titled “The Adriatic Sea as a new laboratory for blue economy: The role of the blue economy in the common Adriatic Sea to foster sustainable development between Italy and Croatia” due to take place on the 10th May 2023 starting at 10 am in Zagreb, at the Croatian Chamber of Economy, Rooseveltov trg 2.

The event will bring together top Italian and Croatian experts who will focus on two important areas of blue economy: sustainable management of marine resources and the use of new technologies and science in marine conservation. The discussion on these topics aims at creating synergies between the two countries that advance our common efforts to preserve the marine and costal environment while enabling economic growth. Our Interreg strategic project InnovaMare will be presented by Mateo Ivanac project manager of the project, from CCE – Lead partner and Prof. Maria Cristina Pedicchio president of Mare FVG, project partner.
