Innovamare Academy registration are open!

Registration for the Innovamare Academy 2024 is now open and this year’s Academy promises to be even more impactful, offering participants a unique opportunity to dive deep into the digital and green transformation of the blue economy.

The Innovamare Academy, organized by DIH Innovamare and project MareSkill, will be held from October 14 to 19, 2024, at the Polytechnic of Šibenik in the Šibenik, Croatia. This six-day educational workshop will focus on maritime technologies, emphasizing robotics, sensors, and sustainable practices.

Innovamare Academy 2024:

• Dates: October 14-19, 2024
• Location: Polytechnic of Šibenik, Croatia
• Focus areas: Digital and green transformation of the blue economy, maritime technologies, robotics, sensors, and sustainable practices.
• Lectures & workshops: over 20 hours of lectures and hands-on workshops conducted by renowned experts.
• Certification: Participants will receive a certificate of completion.

Participants will explore various topics, including ocean conservation, sustainable fishing, ocean renewable energy, sustainable tourism, marine biology, oceanography, autonomous surface vehicles, underwater gliders, and maritime robotics. The Academy aims to develop new skills for a sustainable blue economy, improve innovation capacity in marine technologies, and enhance science-to-business knowledge transfer.
